Hi all respected experts,
Is it mandatory for the co-op. housing societies in Maharashtra to get the maximum amount of Rs. 25,000/-, towards the premium that can be collected against transfer of a flat in society within the municipal corporation areas, approved in the General Body Meeting? If no such resolution is passed, can a transferor of a property refuse to pay such amount on above grounds and just by paying Rs.500/- as transfer fee and Rs.100/- as entrance fee can still get the NOC from the society for housing loans purposes?
Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
