dear sir,
my father works in family court as a personal assistant . On 29/04/2010 he met an accident when he was coming to home from office.some persons there admitted him in hospital.he lost his memory and not recognising anybody.he was on leave up to 31/01/2012(takes one year of medical and EL). some employee from the court came to our home on 31/01/2012 and ask us to meet district judge, when we met the judge they ask us to make an arrangement to join him again the court. we told him about the medical fitness problem he call a doctor and ask us to take fitness certificate from him. although he was physicall fit but he actually lost his memory in accident and not in the condition to work there. he joined the court again and my mother went with him and they mark their attendance there.after 3 months of job he is transfered to another court .the persons there continuously pressurising my mother to take retirement even some time they did not allowing to mark their attendance.
when we talked with their judge he told us that is doesn't have any problem with my father.
sir please give me some word of advice what i should do now as the persons there are not coperating with us and not even give the details of the rules.even i have heared some of my father junior is promoted against my father's possition and when my father joind the court the person is demoted again to his previous possition.the people pressurising us are very close to the person which is promoted.
