That in the Western Uttar pardesh there is no legal justice bench of High Court judges for the client and litigants suffering from injustices in Western Uttar pardesh for so long. That the U.P State has very large state in population and has largest number of people of India living in this state. That the litigants of this western U.P area facing day to day problems of social injustice crime and for this the system of court procedure is missing here for contesting cases up to High Court level in less amount of money & time to spend from their pocket. That your Central Government of India has immense power in law and constitutuion of India to set up any legal bench of High Court judges in Western Uttar Pardesh anywhere which brings fast and speedy justice in less amount of money & time to spend for daily problems of litigants get suffering for so long. That the 22 District Courts of Western Uttar Pardesh are also on daily strike for demanding High Court bench in Western U.P and that why the judiciary work are going his bad times in Western Uttar Pardesh and due to that the crime ratio of 22 district has increased so much has the lawbreakers and hooligans and criminals having no fear of law and courts and police in these 22 districts. SO in last kindly allow a legal bench of High Court judges in Western Uttar pardesh for the saving the people of U.P for day to day crimes and social injustice to get tackle easily.
