Principles of Natural Justice and Public trustee removal

i would like to now with corroborative authority whether a Manging trustee has got right to be heard from being removed by the other members unanimously

Audi alterem partem is teh basic principle of law, meaning no man should be condemned unheard.


So before taking any action, the Managing Trustee needs to be given an opportunity to face the charges put against him. Also see the trust deed for any procedures in this regard.
