 whether a will on a plain paper can be probated. If so whether names of all heirs of testator has to be given in probate application and notice is mandatory for them.

Dear Satish, will on a plain paper can be probated. names and addresses of all of his heir must be given in probate application and notice is mandetory for them.

There is no need for the will to be a registered wlll, for probate..
