Problem in bank possession property

I have a flat in 1st floor in a 3 storey building. 3 years back, 2nd floor was possessed by a bank. Now in this season, lot of water is getting collected in the possessed flat and due to this lot of moisture is present in the walls of my floor.

What can be done in this case. Can I send a letter to bank to get it fixed. Also will bank pay the reparing cost of my flat, as the issue is happening because of water collected in their possessed flat. Kindly tell

Dear Udit, you can write the bank a letter asking them to fix the problem at hand. If they don't comply, you can then contact a lawyer and legally file a lawsuit against them in civil court, seeking monetary damages for the losses you suffered.
I hope the reply helps.
