I am currently interested to buy a property in Punjab but it falls under Lal Lakeer / lal dora area. What is the procedure in Punjab to buy a lal lakeer property? The owner said an affidavit is enough. Want to know legal advice if we need any Lal dora certificate to be obtained or any other certificate / procedures also to be done?
Also, after buying the lal lakir property, how do I get it legally registered and what would be the approximate charges I'll have to spend for it?
