I am Adult Indian Inhabitant, want to marry my filipina fiance in mumbai through court marriage
My fiance documents are
1. passport - for id proof
2. electricity and telephone bills of his dad's name - for address proof
Phillipines passport don't contain address one lawyer told me that father's utility bill won't be accepted?
If needed my fiance could give NOC affidavit from father that she's residing with his father
and from where this documents need to be attested by her? In the Phillipines?
