Project dispute

Hello,

I am working as a freelance developer in Mumbai and wanted to outsourced the project so I sarched for the companies on freelancer.in and found one company OV International from Kolkata. I discuss the project with them and they agree to do it so I transferred the advance amount to their company account. After few days they started ignoring the project work and I ended up losing the project.

I asked them for the refund that time they told me that the procedure will take time so they will adjust the amount in another project. Few days later I assign them another project and same thing happened.

Now they are not replying me on mail nor receiving my calls. If somebody took the call then officce staff says "Sir is not available or nobody is in the office".

How can I file a law suite against this company?

Looking forwrad to positive & useful reply. Thank you!

Sir,

If feel you have transferred the money qua account transfer, in order to prove the same in the court in future.

Initially legal notice is advisable, if they do not respond to it, then you need to file the suit for recovery of the same.
