Any Limit of Amount for Promisory Note.....????? i.s., could a Promisory Note be taken for any amount or there is any limit for amount which should not exceed. If the amount Owe is more than Rs. 30,00,000/- from an individual, can I take a Promisory Note or what shall I do. Please advise and suggest me.
