my friend's uncle has one house but not sure that about that is that having regostry or not. and the uncle is also disappeared since last 5-6 yrs. simply no document he has to do the registry process. how that property can be registered? even not aware to whom this property has been purchased and on which year? how we can register it. plz solve the query.
