Property after my death

Hi, my In-Laws cheated me with  my properties. I work and live in USA and had sent money to India to buy some properties. They bought few properties on their own names, instead of my wifes name. Because they know, if we get divorced, she can still claim my properties.

I want to make a legal will stating that, all my properties should go to my brothers after my death. Is this possible ? Or all my properties will BY DEFAULT go to my wife ? If the latter is true, I want to transfer some of my properties on my brothers or mothers name. Please advise.

Now we are aat a point, where divorce is imminent as we were not successful with having kids, and my wife thinks I am at fault. Now she wants a child very badly, so she want a divorce

What happens to my properties, if she files for a divorce first ? Is Legal separation an option ?

thanks very much for any help.

you need to file a suit under the Benami transaction Act and first to get properties in your name. Then only you can write a Will

first you prove that who is the owner of the propreties. i.e. you file a suit against your in-laws under benami transaction act.  After you won in the case, you can do anything.
