Property dispute

"We have a property that was in my grandmother's name, who passed away 7 years ago. We moved out of the house 7 years back, and since then, my uncle has taken possession of it. Now he is not allowing the registration. Can I go and live in my grandmother's house?"

Is it paternal or maternal grandmother?

Whatever,  your parent can file a suit for partition and separate possession of your legitimate share in it.

He cannot refuse to obey court orders.

You cannot force but your parents have right to file suit for partition and possession, let they file the suit.
