Here is a rear scenario. Mr. X, from Kerala, had purchased land in the year 1973. Since 1975 he is in Bangalore and is known by the name Mr. Y. All his identity proof, address proof, voter ID etc is in the name "Y". Now Mr. Y wants to construct a house in the land which he had bought in Kerala. The land document is in the name of "X". The person is same, but two different names. Now what is he supposed to do if he wants to change the name in the land document as Mr. Y??
