My father has 4 brothers including himself.
all the 4 brodhers are married .
my father is the 2nd elder son among them.
my grand father and eldest uncle (elder brother of my father ) were working as sentral government....
suddenly my grand father passed away because of certain accident .
Q1. which son deserves the right to hold his fathers job.?
my father is alloted with his father's job ... now there were some dispute happened in my familly and the 4 brothers got separated and they distributed their property............. But .. my father is still now after 10 years of their separation taking care of other two younger brothers and their familly.....
Gradually my own familly expenses are increased and my father is not able to provide much money to them but still he give money to them ....
Now I am the only son of my father
and I am 23 years old .
Q2: Do They have lega rights to demend money from my father as my father holds his father's job. ??
Q3: If they force my father to get money can I take legal steps against them???
