I have purchased a house in name of my real younger brother in 1998. At that time GPA was in the name of my younger brother.
Now 2012, I want to make the registry of that house in my name.
1. Is it compulsory to make the registry in my younger brother name? If no then what is the procedure
2. Can my younger brother transfer the house in my name without sale deed?
3. Is my younger brother transfer the house to my mother name by Transfer memorandum?
