Provision of order 43 rule 3(a)

Hi, can some one help me know when Order 43 Rule 3-A is used. in my case when petitioner sent the private notice it had petition and affidavit u/s 5 of limitation act to file appeal but when certified copy was obtained "u/s 5 of limitation" is striked off and its written as u/o 43 R3(A). Thanks

ORDER 43 of the Code of Civil Procedures (CPC) 1908, includes Rules related to "APPEALS FROM COURT".

However, it appears to me that either there is a typing error in the certified copies that you've received or an error in the question you've asked, this is because there is no such thing as Order 43 Rule 3(A)

There are only 3 rules under Order 43 (CPC) which are -
1.) Rule 1,
2.) Rule 1(A) and
3.) Rule 2.

Therefore, I suggest you check on the details and correct the error.
