Psychologist counselling

Hi,

A divorce case is going on between me and my wife and during counselling I had recommended for Psychologist to see both of us as I wanted to emphasis on the point that my wife has a personality disorder and there by to push for the custody of my only son (5 year old) . The psychologist had a session with us and acknowledged that there indeed is a problem with my wife but recommended one more session.

I understand that Psychologist will submit a confidential report to the megistrate. But is there a probability that she would mention the exact events or she would only say about the status of settlement of case?

A detail report will be submitted to court, the court will try to send both for mediation to settle the issues. if mediation fails, then report of the psychologist will be taken into consideration to decide the matter on merits.
