I am planning to purchase a piece of land under plotting scheme. I want your advice regarding the same.
#1) Is Mou equivalent to Agreement for sale. Can the Mou be executed on the stamp paper.
#2) As per the 7/12 extract the land is NA. Is there any way that i can independly obtain the NA order.
#3) There are 4 partners who own the land, however only 2 partners and involved and the rest 2 have given their power of attorney to them, can i independetly verify the same.
