Hi,
I am living in a 3 storey building and each floor has different owner .I possess 2nd floor (top floor). Owner of 1st floor has kept 3-4 flowerpots , dustbins and their shoes in the common staircase passage area . Stair area is not even wide and those flowerpots ,dustbins and shoes cause difficulty while passing. Moreover, they water their plants and water spread on stairs and cause grubbiness .
We have told them several times but they start fighting with us and say that they can keep anything they want as those are their stairs and they will continue keeping those things in the stair passage.
Kindly let me know , is this legal to keep personal belongings in the common stair area . If not , then what can be done ?
