query regarding losing of my job due to frequent toilet visit during performing pole duty in lokshabha election

I am a Government school teacher But I have a problem since childhood that I need to visit toilet in every 2-3 hours to pass urine and whenever urge comes I need to rush to toilet otherwise leakage of urine, so my question is I have to do duty in lokshabha election in booth as a polling officer and you all know that during the day of vote every time a long queue of common people and there is no break, it is a continuous process of 12 hours. so, If I go to toilet in every 3 hours then voting process will be disturbed, so in this reason there is a chance to expel / abscond me from my job????

If you have medical certificate or treatment particulars or a specialist doctor's opinion about your disease,  you can submit it to the competent authority with a request to exempt you from the said duty.

If your request is not acceded then you can approach court with relevant documents to direct the authority concerned to exempt you for this reason.

It is nature's call which cannot be stopped for voting process.

Submit application with medical records to the Election Officer.
