If an adult (18 above) wants to do consensual s*x with another adult (18 above):
Let A be the first party, B be second party.
1) How A is supposed to ask B for consensual s*x? If B hit/abuse A for saying: “will you be my consensual s*x partner or friend" to B, can A hit/abuse B too, or lodge fir against B for hitting/abusing A? What is the legal way to ask someone for consensual s*x?
2) Where A, B is supposed to do consensual s*x? Can A, B do that in hotel, lodge, or their own home or some private place legally?
3) Is there any kind of s*x agreement or contract or can A, B make such a contract on an affidavit and protect themselves from troubles, mentioning clearly :
i) At this time of date, both the partners A, B are adults and agree to do consensual s*x. This contract is distributed one copy each to both A, B and also supported with a video, in which both A, B sit together and read this agreement full and show it in video and then agree to it and that video is distributed to both of them for security purposes too. This contract will be held valid, until one of the parties ends this contract by informing other one.
ii) Who, and in what ratio will pay the cost of the private place booking if any, travel charges, birth control measures, pregnancy tests, others things used during s*x for accommodation, protection against STD and pregnancy, for extra comforts and pleasure; such as: hotel or lodge booking, taxi, condoms, diaphragm, spermicide, emergency contraceptive pills, modern pregnancy test kits, Viagra, chocolate sauce etc.
iii) Both persons have cross-checked each other with a recent detailed medical examination to assure they are fit and do not possess STD (s*xually transmitted disease) like AIDS, syphilis, Gonorrhoea, etc. before doing s*x.
iv) After consensual s*x, both partners will check each other
v) Clearly indicating what will happen in case of injury to any partner during s*x. Like boy will pay for injury caused to girl, or girl will pay for injury caused to boy or they are own responsible and pay for themselves and will try their best to avoid any injury or they share the cost of treatment for injury in equal ratio if happen to anyone.
vi) The act is only s*x and done for s*xual fulfilment and not with intention of anything else. No partner can force other partner for marriage or any other thing.
vii) In case, a pregnancy occurs even with all protections taken. Abortion will be the first choice. Conceiving will can be second choice, only if both parties agree over a new agreement of child parenting or marriage or cohabitation. Girl cannot conceive on her own, without permission of the boy, because that will be misuse of his sperms which were provided for a very different.
viii) No other party c or more will have anything to do in this act. And if introduced by any party A or B, that will be termed as cheating and gang rape.
ix) This agreement is only between A and B, and no other person can has any involvement nor can be involved in future in this agreement.
x) Both parties A and B or any outsider C is not allowed to take audio, pictures, videos or any content of this act. If found possessed one will be charged with possession of obscene videos and cheating. Though both parties can take such content if both agreed before on an agreement regarding the same which clearly mentioning :
(1) Whether sharing with outsider is allowed or not and up to what extent.
(2) The possessor takes guarantee of security of such content, in case found in outsider hands when it was not allowed, it termed as cheating and cheated party can file a case against other one.
xi) No party can blackmail the other party in any manner. If done will be termed as criminal and treated with police and law.
4) What A is supposed to do if B first do consensual s*x and then forces A for marriage or any other thing, and when A deny for marriage or any other thing, B call the act as rape, s*xual abuse, s*xual harassment or any other false allegations, and police arrest boy? What will be the final outcome of such a complaint?
