Can anyone help me here. I have a plot with a industrial gala of 2500 sqft constructed on it in chembur. Now the BMC has come up with Nala widening project, and sent us a notice that the gala will be demolished and will compensate us with 250 sq ft of land at any SRA devlopment for that also we need to pay Rs.85,000/- . We were paying the property tax for the same since so many years for the full area. Pls help me with the proceedure to stop this autocracy of BMC. I am not against devlopment of the locality but compensation should be justified... pls help me with some solution
