Is there any legal course that a person can take to recover money from a company like speakasiaonline or ramsurvey ?
Ram Survey has declared that there is a debit freeze on their account , hence they are unable to make payments . They have also requested their members from Uttar pradesh , Madhya pradesh and Bihar to fill a form to declare that members will not file a legal complain against them.
Speakasia has declared that they cannot make payments because RBI has issued a circular to banks not to honor telegraphic transfers from foreign companies who operate in but are not registered in India .
