Please let me know your opinion about this issue
I have an issue and want to have some comments to proceed, legally towards a service provider, for Tikona Digital netwarks .In past, i gave my documents for registering a internet connection at my residence, but due to the service unavailabilty, i choosed to not to go with Tikona. Priorly, i gave my PAN Card, Driving Licence and a cheque to the executive of Tikona, while registering a connection. And late after 1 yr of this issue, i am receiving, bills to my mail id. And its shows that they have missued my personal documents, which were submitted initially while for registering.
Please let me know, how i can proceed further, and take a legal action against them.
