Hi,
Somedays back my parents were going somewhere and a real estate broker started slanging & abusing them(basically they are trying t conspire since 2yrs to take our property for last coule of years).My mother went to the police sation where she made a general diary against that broker.The police said that they have issued a case of 107.after a month or so we have just heard that the person has got the summons from court.the police has told us:
1.there will be no botherances for us as it would be a State Versus case.
2.We won't get any papers or intimations.
How will I understand the status of the case & it would be rightful if I get a copy of the summon that that the accused has received.Will I get it in the police station??And is it a State Vs case which P.S can give??
