Does the agreement done on Rs. 100 stamp paper? Without registration for purchasing a property has any legal sanity?

Dear Akshat,

1]  Agreement  executed on  Rs.100/- Stamp paper is in order.

2]  If the Agreement  stamped, and Registered, it is enforceable in court of law

     in case of dispute.

Yes , agreement can be done on 100 rupees stamp paper , in any case of dispute a notarised or registered agreement are enforceable by The court .

You can. But there is no legal enforcement if not registered.

A registration for the agreement to be enforceable by law is must , in the absence of it no legalsanctity exists
