Dear Sir,
Please advise me on the following questions:
1. Registration certificate not received. Status of TM application show "Advertisment before Acceptence" on the top and certificate column show Certificate No.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and Issued dated xxxxxx2007. What should I do?????
2. After filing TM-12 how many days TMR take to renew the TM?
3. After renewal, TMR will issue fresh Certificate?
I hope I will get your valuable answer ASAP.

1. What is your Application no, you should check the Journal no. Recently I received Registration certificate for 1451 Journal. If your Mark is published in the Old Journal. Send a request letter to CG.
2. After filing TM 12 with a week your mark will get renewal.
3. No, TMR will send an intimation letter to you.
