Our Building had formed an association and had registered itself under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1860. I feel we should have done the registration under West Bengal Apartment Owernship Act 1972. Please advise if there are any grave differences between these two laws, and if can face any legal problem in future also pls advise if we would be able to sell our apartments even if we are registered within West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1860.
