If there is a (huf) partition deed mentioning three properties - 1. land in X district 2. bank balance in X district 3. land in Y disctrict, of Maharashtra, how do we go about registering the partition deed ? By mutual consent, 1 and 3 (lands) were allocated to one person, and 3 (bank balance) was allocated to other two persons.
What I have been informed is that any registrar office will accept document pertaining to immovable property within their jurisdiction.
Since the partition deed mentions properties from different jurisdictions, what is the solution ? SRO will not accept document mentioning both 1 and 3 properties. If the document is split, how will it reflect the partition among all members and their agreement to the allocation.
