Relievance from employment

If while taking a full time employment you had signed offer letter where in the notice period to leave job was 30 days, one is a confirmed on role employee of the organization. HR at later stage comes with a policy to change the notice period from 30 days to 90 days wherein no confirmation is taken from any employee, does this become a term which has to be accepted or can be challenged in court of law??

No. Terms of an agreement can be changed only with mutual consent.
