remand order

Sirs,

in a sessions case accused was charged under 307 read with 34 of indian penal code. when the case reached arguments stage, the judge was transferred and the accused was shifted to some out station jail under the guise of administrative convenience. for several dates the accused has not been produced before the in charge judge. can th remand of an accused extended in his absence?? how many times remand can be extended in his absence???is he entitled to bail for his non production before the court ???

Very wrong things are going on with the accused.Now he has become entitled for getting bail on these grounds alone as per constitution.
