Parenst are not staying matrimonial home where wife and husband were staying.presnt used to come once in a years for visiting.But while wife filing the DV's case, she included the parents name also.but court has sent the notice to husband only to attend the court.since court has not sent any notice,parenst can avoid attend the court?
is there any possibility that we can ask court to remove the parenst name?if not asked to remove the parenst, will court ask them to attend court during the trail time?or since DV's is only monery orders, will court go ageahd and pass the order with out considering parenst presence.
pls advise.
