In the year 2003 a partnership firm was formed and it was registered in Andhra Pradesh
From year 2003 to 2015 i.e for the last 12 years, no statement of accounts was ever made, no removal/induction of partner was ever made, no information about any activity was ever sent to Registrar of Firms for these 12 years. No renewal of partnership registration was done for 12 years.
In such case now after 12 years does the registration of partnership firm bear any validity?
Is there any requirement of renewal of registration to be doen in Andhra Pradesh for partnership firm
