Am statying in a house as a tenant for the past 3 years and paid the houseowner 5L as lease amount. Wherein i have renewed the agreement whenever the date is passed. Now i had requested the houseowner that i wish to vaccat the house but he is deniying to give back the money saying he needs more time. I took the case to the local police station on 4/6/2014 and the police investigated and asked him to return back the money within 3months as per agreement i.e on 15/09/2014. But now the house owner is again asking for time for another 45days of time.
Am in urgent need of money kindly advise me here.
