every body know about the reservation policy....
when the central gov. provides the reservation policy in every where in the life.
but the central gov. not provides the reservation in the parliamentary election as well as notproviding the HARYANA STATE Govt. in HARYANA PANCHAYATI RAJ 1994 they provides the reservation to only the SC persons NOT TO the BC OBC ST and other which is provided by central gov.
