revaluation of cbse test paper

Is it necessary to file a case to seek revaluation of cbse +2 paper if the student is confident that he/she had scored quite well.  If so are there any cases in this regard and if at all a case has to be filed where to be filed in the district court or high court? Please reply

Thank you

in some cases you will have to opt for pps then you will have wait for the result in other cases you can file a writ application with a prayer for commanding the respondent to produce the answer scripts, but in such a case only the sutudents meare wish to do so will not help you need to have a primafacie good case  say the student has secured over all 80% but in one subject he has scored 35%.

Any way in one word a writ will lie in your case.
