The gift is as follows you (the donee is my wife and you are co-operating to me in all works and your are serving me due to love and effection i already told you that i will gift the schedule mention property to you and you also agreed to accept the scheduled mention property through gift settlement deed as such today i gifted the scheduled mention property to you through gift settlement deed with out desiring any profits from you today i delievered the position of the scheduled property and you have taken the possesion of the schedule property.Yourself and your heirs are entitled to enjoy the scheduled property with all alienation,gift,etc.,rights during your enjoyment of the scheduled property myself or my any legal heirs shall not claim any right over the scheduled property there is no arrears and mortage over the scheduled property previsouly i have not donated/gifted the scheduled property to any body if in future any litigation arrows againt the scheduled property by anybody then i will clear of the same with my own funds this property is not a government property nor a Inam land.The land is not assigned by the Government.The Act 9/1977 is not attract to this land.THIS GIFT SETTLEMENT DEED IS EXECUTED WITH MY FREE WILL AND CONSENT.(DONOR).WHEN THERE IS NO ANY KIND OF CONDITION IN THE ABOVE DEED,THEN HOW CAN HE REVOKE THE GIFTED PROPERTY.
