Revocation of a Proposal

A sends a proposal to B by post. B dies before the letter reaches him. B's heirs accepts the offer. Is A bound by the acceptance of the proposal by B's heirs?

    If proposal is addressed to a man who dies without having accepted or refused it, his executors have no power to accept either in England or in India. So the law is the same as regards this case in both the countries; therefore A is not bound by the acceptance of A's executors.
