Dear Learned friends, I have given Indemnity Bond and Affidavit stating that I Indeminfy a Society from and an Affidavit that I would Abide by the terms and conditions of that society. This was insisted upon for taking a Possession Letter for the Dwelling Unit being constructed by them on my expenses. Is there a way to Revoke the Indeminity Bond and Affidavit? If I can get an e-mail ID I will email these two documents for further vetting. Ok I have a facility here. I am attaching these two documents. Please study and kindly advise if I can Revoke these.
