In our society there is a tradition that a man can become heir to the Head Position and A occupies the position for more than 15 years and due to some bad health and official reason he changed his Position to another man giving him 3 year period time in a letter. Now the inheritor is able to rule the position and can he get back the position by writing a letter that he has decided to occupy the position. The other party is firm that he will give it back only after three years. Who is to win in this?
