I need your advice,In our locality (Residential Area), there is a garments related company..Causing disturbance to the people in the area.They have started the company without obtaining NOC from us. 1.What and all we have check whether this company has followed the rules. 2.Is it possible for a company to set up in the residential area without NOC from the people of that area. 3.How to use RTI Act to find whether they followed the rules and regulations!!Hope you have understood my problem. I kindly request you to provide necessary legal advice.
