Roadside parking across society building due to no parking arrangements for four wheeler

I owe a house in a registered housing society. The builder didn't provide any parking space for four wheeler within premises. There are two roads adjacent to the society which are not much busy road. And to park the four wheeler of the owners in the society the owners use road alongside with in the white line of the road so that the roads are not blocked. One of the shopkeeper in the society doesn't want the society members to park on the road in front of the society. He harasses the owners since the road is atleast 10m away from  society premises and the shop he owes and 4 wheelers are parked on the road what has to be done to get permission to park in the roadside lane and against the shopkeeper who harasses the owners.

You should become aware of the civic laws that roads,  pavements are not parking space.

So long there is no objection from any side you can park the vehicle but if someone objects to it then you may have to look for an alternative
