1.certifed copy of sale deed with police complaint and public notice = original sale deed????
hi all my doubt is if a gift deed of a house is made with certified copy of sale deed can the person getting the gift sell part/whole house without any problems or does he have to wait for 13 years to sell the housse?? the certified copy of sale deed was taken after making a police complaint and issueing a public notice in the paper. so now the certified copy of sale deed become a original sale deed cus of the police complaint and the public notice???

if a house is gifted usin certified copy of sale deed with out police complaint and public notice then can it be registred ??and is it a legal gift deed??? can the person geting the gift sell part /whole house without any problem or does he need to wait for 13 years to sell it????
