Hi,
A had sold a room ( pagdi system) to B for 20lakhs, Now when A want to transfer the room in the name to B the landlord of the building is asking 10 lakhs for TRANSFER OF NAME. Which is very high.
Kindly help is there anyway that A can transfer the room in B name without any problem. Can the landlord be removed from the picture.
