Sale of Religious Trust's property

The Religious trust is selling off the property of various education / charitable institutions in the name of getting funds for the trust. Where as no substantial steps are taken to revive those institutions by way of effective management and radical changes in the set up. The constitution of the trust is desigined in such a way that amending it is practically impossible as the vested interest in the highest body are blocking all its possibilities. My question is- Is there any legal option available to the religious community members of the trust to force its amendment of the constitution of the trust.? Or force them to revive the institutions without selling them?

Unless the trust deed is seen, a proper advice is not possible.
