We have purchased sc/ st govt granted sites which belongs to sc/st community in 2006 and got registered at bangalore sub register office. Now their children's are asking for more money and not allowing me to construct the house, the owners have restored the property by same tactics in 2001 and got it back through Thasildar Sub Court Office using PTCL act order. Now the owner is sold the same restored property to others, i want to know whether if we go to court and file a case and get back my sites which we have purchased in 2006
