School child orally denied to attend school

The school is claiming that my ward, Anmol Gupta was involved in misleading activities with some students from the school itself. The other children involved in the issue have asked to change their school, as per our last conversation with the Principal along with Sukhmeen Ma’am. As discussed, even that time, we wouldn’t like to exercise the same option, thus would want our child to continue in the same school.

But, despite repeated attempts, we haven’t gotten any reply from the school authorities on letting the child attend school. He is being deprived of attending school since the past one month without any written notice.

Due to this, the child is being deprived of basic studies and his valuable time is being wasted. At this age, children are under peer pressure and thus sometime get drawn in such controversies, but that does not allow the school to deprive of his basic right of education. In this case, our ward was not even directly related in the issue. On asking the concerned personnel on showing us the exact evidence, they refused on the grounds of personal will.
