Sec 21 of domestic voilence act 2005

A women had filed a false case of DV under protection from DV act 2005 . In the lower court  the case has been won by husband as she could not prove the same , but the magistrate ordereded to pay maintainace allowance to the husband to his children.

Two children are in the custody of his estranged wife . She is totally refusing her husband to visit children,   Now his wife filed an appeal in the sessions Court , can her husband seek a relief under Section 21 of DV Act 2005 for at least visiting rights for his children. Kindly give me any judgments from High Court and Guide me .

Sir under dv act there is no relief for the husband and further even section 21 does not provide such remedy to husband... You need to approach appropriate court under guardianship act
