My mother has purchase a land in year 1991 and registered, but land not transferred after registry and she was expired in 2011, we have tranfer their name of land record, but name mistake in the saller in land record,. Bhagwan in Sale deed and Land record showing as Bhagwati. Land record officer said you have rectify the sale deed, but their is no possible because land saller is daid.
Please how can land transferred my mother name in the land record.
